So my goal was to make two earth moving vehicles.
I had a lot of fun with this assignment. I just enjoy thinking out how vehicles are put together and what their function/purpose could be. I totally want to make a toy line out of the organic vehicle. So if anyone out their wants to fund my venture let me know. haha

ReplyDeleteI love these concepts! The mechanical digger is very subtle and solid and the insectiod one is just way cool. The best thing I can say about it is that everything feels "right". I don't see any hesitation in the design, doesn't seem like you laid stuff down just to see what would happen, it's all very cohesive. I especially love the face. It's like a cross between a fly's face and a pelvis. It works really well.
The design has a very Miyazaki comic feel to it. It's very knobby and sturdy looking. VERY COOL!
